Kevin B. King is without a doubt a man who loves his booze and his comedy. Kevins love for the booze began many years ago. As a supermarket employee, he compared to the likes of Robin Hood
he would rob beer from the store and give it to the poor. The poor being Kevin and his friends.
At the age of 16, Kevin got his first fake ID for $15 at Times Square. Between the fake ID and the free booze at the supermarket, Kevin was on his way to a life of care-free drinking.
Kevin has loved the booze in 40 US states, including a pilgrimage to the beer mecca, St. Louis, Missouri and the lovely Budweiser Brewery. It was there Kevin drank many samples of Budweiser till the midnight security guard kicked him out.
Wanting for more than "domestic," Kevin has spent time drinking in different countries. In Mexico, Kevin insisted upon drinking the Mexican piss water until his body accepted it without convulsions, fever or the typical native shits known as "dropping the chalupa."
In Canada, Kevin was thrown for a loop on their strong Canadian beer, eh? But true to form Kevin walked out of the bar, mostly of his own power and woke up 18 hours later ready to drink again. On many occasions, Kevin has also visited the home of the worlds greatest booze lovers
Ireland. It is here, where on any giving night, Kevin could be found in an authentic Irish pub sharing a Guinness and good ol laugh with the locals just as if he were born and raised right there in the pub. Some of the greatest pubs in the world are located in BallyBunion, County Kerry, Ireland (cheap town plug).
After working in a TV sales job in New York City for three years, Kevin decided that 5-10 pm was not enough time to pursue his love of the booze. He quit, deciding to spend the extra time drinking. But then the question of how to afford to booze with no job sort of came up. Well his answer would no doubt change history.
Kevin decided to mix his love of booze with his sense of humor. He entered the stand-up comedy circuit. After a few speed bumps Kevin King has hopped on the highway of comedy... and here, drinking and driving seem to go well together. His "Love The Booze" act has hit the road with great success (well, he hit the road with something).
Since then, Kevin has played in all of New York Citys major clubs. He has also appeared in Louisiana, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, New Jersey (despite what hes heard), Connecticut, Pensylvania and many more states are booked for the coming year. Kevin has appeared on MTV and Backstage Magazine said that Kevin is "one of the hottest new comics on the scene." The Comic Bible has raved that Kevins co-produced fast forward comedy show at Dont Tell Mamas was one of New York Citys funniest shows.
